The gospel breaks down barriers. But why bother with a diverse team? Why go through the hassle of training a middle class guy? Why have a mixture of cultures on your team? Andy Constable, Assistant Pastor at Niddrie Community Church, helps us to see that we need cultural diversity because Jesus had a culturally diverse team. We need diversity to see each other’s blind spots in our culture. Jesus took risks with people and we should too.
