Primer was published by FIEC twice a year from 2015 to 2021, with issues 10 to 12 being a partnership between FIEC and Oak Hill College. Designed to help those in church leadership stay theologically sharp and engaged, each issue focuses on one area of theology, surveying current debates alongside historical perspectives.
Though originally only available in print, this issue of Primer is now available as a free PDF download.
David Shaw
David is pastor of Woodstock Road Baptist Church in Oxford, having previously lectured in New Testament and Greek at Oak Hill College, London. He was the editor of FIEC's theological publication Primer whilst he served as FIEC's Theological Adviser.
Dr Peter Saunders
Dr Peter Saunders is a former general surgeon and current Chief Executive of the International Christian Medical & Dental Association (ICMDA). He lives with his wife Kirsty in St Albans.
Sharon James
Sharon is a Social Policy Analyst for The Christian Institute, the author of a number of books, and has spoken at conferences in many parts of the world.
