In this episode, Rachel Sloan, one of FIEC Women's Ministry Coordinators, leads a conversation on the joys and challenges of working with women in church ministry with Cath Heath, Women's Worker at St Neots Evangelical Church, and Elinor Magowan, pastors' wife and FIEC's other Women's Ministry Coordinator.

Rachel Sloan
Rachel is one of FIEC's Director for Women's Ministry. She works for FIEC alongside working as Women's Ministry Coordinator for Charlotte Chapel, Edinburgh.
Catherine Heath
Catherine is the Women’s Worker at St Neots Evangelical Church, having previously worked in the NHS for a number of years. She loves tea and cake with friends, mooching around charity shops and swimming in the sea.
Elinor Magowan
Elinor works as one of FIEC's Directors for Women’s Ministry. She previously worked as a solicitor, UCCF Staff Worker, and the Women’s Pastoral Worker at UFM Worldwide.
