Leading Leaders: Staff Teams
As churches grow, staff teams grow to meet needs and opportunities. While growing staff teams normally lead to more work being done, a pastor discovers that he has new responsibilities of leading the staff team, while he continues to work with the existing elders and other leaders. This seminar explores how to lead a happy and united staff team, while being realistic about some of the challenges it involves.
