Raising Leaders: Diverse Backgrounds
Are monocultural churches biblical? Is it important for churches to be multicultural and if so how should this be reflected in their leadership? What does it feel like to be a minority group in a predominately white church? How do we raise up a diverse leadership in church life? Is evangelicalism in the UK white and middle class? These and related issues are explored in this seminar.
