Raising Leaders: Risk & Failure
Raising leaders sometimes feels like a lottery; costly and with fewer wins than we would like. Some trainees make the grade but some don’t. The risks involved and the fear of failure can leave churches reluctant to raise more. That can’t be! So how do we know when to take a risk? What can we do to minimise failure?
Join Pete and Liam, two guys training leaders in very different contexts, one in a church plant and the other in a large city centre church, to hear more.
